LEGAL NOTICE

MasterLens is a retail company that is not intended to give clinical advice. All contents of our site are for retail purposes only. Always contact your eye care professional for the best solution for your vision problem. They are licensed to tell you the kind of contact lens you should use, that best suits your needs. They will also give you suggestions on models and brands. If you are having any unexplained eye discomfort, watering, vision change or redness, remove your lenses immediately and consult your eye care professional before wearing your lenses again.

In placing an order with MasterLens, you confirm being older than 18 years old and purchasing the product in replacement of a lens previously fitted by an eye care specialist or well tolerated without exception.   You also acknowledge undergoing regular eye checks and being fully aware of the use instructions (cleaning, wear ability, disposability…) of the purchased products.

You may return UNOPENED merchandise within two weeks of purchase.   We will refund you for the returned merchandise after inspecting it provided that the product has not been tampered with and that it is suitable for resale.   In the strange event of getting defective merchandise, or if you think your lenses are defective in any way, we will replace your lenses right away.   Please, do not dispose of the defective lenses. Send them back to us, so we can send them to the manufacturer for examination.
